Design of an office and production building made only from prefabricated elements.

The objective of the study during the 3rd semester was to develop and strengthen our ability to design with special focus on prefabricated construction.

The project's task was focused mostly on Detail Designs, when I had analysed the prefabricated roof construction and had prepared necessary documentation for DD1 phase. Moreover, I got the tender documentation about wooden mezzanine floor from other group in order to develop in case of company, that provide wooden prefabricated elements.  

The building had to be organised in such way that fulfils the funcional requirements for the different facilities like administration, production, storage and logistics. Furthermore, the production area should be spacious and undisturbed by structural elements including the storage facilities. The industrial floor had to be abrasion resistant with increaded ability of load transfer. The building needed to be flexible and to allow a possibility of future expansion of the production area of least 250 m2. Cost efficiency and short erection time were a great important. 

In project has been used software: Revit Architecture, Revit MEP, Sigma, Microsoft Office Pack and Microsoft Project.
